Free factsheet library
When you unlock the free factsheet library, your email is recorded in Brevo, our email service provider, to administer your request and send an access confirmation. We do not attach your chosen health topic to your email record. This does not subscribe you to marketing. The optional newsletter checkbox is off by default; only choosing it adds you to our newsletter list. You can unsubscribe from updates or ask us to delete your email record via the contact details below.
A signed essential cookie remembers library access on the same browser for up to one year. It does not contain your email or medical information. If cookies are blocked, short-lived access works during your current visit. A different device, private browsing, or clearing cookies may require you to submit your email again. Download access does not require an account, purchase or booking.
Your information is stored securely and accessed only by practitioners directly involved in your care. We retain clinical records for the period required by applicable health regulations and our professional obligations.
