Weight Loss and Fitness Programme Isle of Man
A structured programme combining a personalised fitness training plan, a food plan built around your metabolism, and mindset coaching. Alongside clinical body composition treatment where appropriate. For adults on the Isle of Man who want lasting results, not another short-term attempt.
Why structured support produces different outcomes than willpower alone.

Why previous attempts have not worked
Most weight loss programmes give you a calorie target and a list of exercises. The assumption is that information is what is missing. It is usually not. What is missing is a programme that addresses the physiology, the practicalities and the psychology at the same time.
After 40, the physiology changes. Muscle mass declines at 3 to 5 percent per decade, resting metabolism slows, hormonal patterns shift and insulin sensitivity drops. The body that responded to a few weeks of effort now requires a more structured approach. A food plan built around your metabolic picture. A fitness programme that specifically rebuilds the muscle your body has been losing. A mindset component that addresses the thinking patterns that have made every previous attempt harder than it needed to be.
This programme addresses all three simultaneously, with clinical body composition treatment added where it will produce the most meaningful change.
If your weight is affecting your blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, or your ability to be as physically active as you want to be, the issue is clinical. Treating it as a willpower problem tends not to produce lasting results.
What the programme is built from
Select each component to see what it actually involves.
EMS training
Electrical muscle stimulation uses electrical impulses to stimulate muscle contractions. It may be considered as part of an individual strength programme where appropriate. Your health history, current capacity and treatment suitability need to be assessed first; EMS is not risk-free and is not a replacement for all other movement.
Structured movement programming
Alongside EMS, a weekly movement plan is built for your body specifically. This covers cardiovascular conditioning, mobility work, and functional strength. Not a gym programme you follow alone. A progressive structure that evolves week by week as your body adapts. You are not expected to be fit before you start. The programme starts where you are.
What this produces
Rebuilt muscle mass. Higher resting metabolism. Improved cardiovascular fitness. Better joint mobility. Measurable body composition change. The fitness programme is not a means to burn calories during exercise. It is a means to change the physiological conditions in which your body processes food and stores or releases fat.
The clinical treatments alongside the programme
The fitness programme, food plan and mindset coaching are the core structure. Depending on your clinical picture, body composition treatments are added where they will accelerate or support the change most meaningfully. These are not sold separately. They are clinical tools determined by your assessment.
EMS training
Electrical muscle stimulation activates up to 98 percent of muscle fibres simultaneously. Equivalent to several hours of conventional training per session. Clinically effective for muscle retention and rebuilding in adults whose muscle mass has been declining.
Cavitation and radiofrequency
Ultrasonic cavitation breaks down localised fat deposits that resist diet and exercise. Radiofrequency tightens connective tissue and skin. Particularly effective in adults where hormonal change has redistributed fat centrally and conventional methods have had limited impact.
Clinical nutrition review
A clinical review of the nutritional and metabolic factors affecting your weight, blood sugar, cholesterol and energy. The food plan is built from this consultation. Specific, evidence-informed and individual to you.
Who this programme is for
People on the Isle of Man who want support with fitness, body composition or metabolic health. The starting point is understanding your goals, current capacity and health history, then assessing which options are appropriate. Where your GP has flagged blood pressure, blood sugar or cholesterol, our support should complement medical care, not replace it.
This is not a programme for people who need to lose a few pounds before a holiday. It is for people whose body composition, fitness level, or metabolic health is affecting their quality of life, their confidence, or their clinical risk profile, and who want a structured approach to changing that properly.
You do not need to be fit to start. You do not need a referral. You need to have reached the point where what you have tried on your own has not produced what you were hoping for.
Investment
The programme begins with a £97 Longevity MOT. The assessment fee is separate and is not redeemable against the programme. Following assessment, programmes start from £695 and are defined according to your clinical picture.
