About these terms
These terms and conditions govern your use of Zhen Wellness services and this website. Zhen Wellness is a trading name of Verde Vitae Group, operating on the Isle of Man. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Zhen Wellness provides longevity and clinical wellness services to adults on the Isle of Man, including but not limited to the Longevity MOT assessment and the service programmes described on this website. Services are delivered by qualified practitioners and are intended to support physical health and wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or the advice of a registered medical practitioner.
Booking and appointments
Appointments are booked via WhatsApp on 07624 457139. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from us. Programmes are paid in advance or as agreed at the point of booking.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee. We reserve the right to charge the full fee in the event of a failure to attend without notice.
We understand that genuine emergencies arise. Where this is the case, please contact us as early as possible via WhatsApp and we will do our best to accommodate the situation.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments where necessary. In such cases, we will contact you as promptly as possible and reschedule your appointment at a time that is convenient for you.
Health and medical conditions
You are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or recent procedures that may be relevant to the treatments you receive. Some treatments are contraindicated for certain conditions. We will ask for relevant health information at your Longevity MOT and prior to commencing any programme. It is your responsibility to keep us informed of any changes to your health status.
Our services are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. If you have concerns about a medical condition, you should consult a registered medical practitioner.
Longevity MOT investment
The Longevity MOT costs £97 as a standalone assessment. The fee covers the assessment itself and is not redeemable against any Zhen Wellness service or programme.
Programme results
Individual results from any programme vary depending on the client's starting condition, consistency of attendance, adherence to any associated recommendations, and other individual factors. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Realistic expectations will be discussed at your Longevity MOT and at the start of any programme.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, design and structure, is owned by or licensed to Verde Vitae Group. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zhen Wellness and Verde Vitae Group accept no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from your use of our services, except where caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you have paid for the services in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Isle of Man.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
